Floral Artwork — Timeless Elegant Study
An interior study built around one gesture: a large, expressive floral painting. Deep red meets classical architecture, and bordeaux velvet, garnet glass and lacquered wood pull the whole room into orbit around the artwork.

Concept
Instead of decorating around a colour, the room is composed around a work of art. A single oversized floral canvas, painted in loose, expressive strokes, defines the palette; everything else in the room answers it.
Deep red and classical architecture
Ivory walls with classical mouldings and panelling give the red its full intensity. The contrast between the discipline of the architecture and the freedom of the brushwork is what makes the space feel both timeless and alive.
Echoes and repetition
The red of the petals returns at every scale: velvet cushions and benches, a pleated lampshade, a garnet glass lamp base, bouquets of berries and peonies, lacquered joinery. Brass and gold add warmth and light, while books and natural textures keep the room lived-in.
