Upper East Side Residences — Contemporary Architecture
A study of luxury residential architecture in New York, where classical architecture meets a contemporary sensibility: brick, arched windows and a vertical composition, with interiors shaped by light and a rooftop above Manhattan.

Façade
The brick façade, punctuated by three tiers of arched windows, draws on New York's historic architectural language while introducing fluted detailing and a distinctly modern vertical composition.
Interiors
Living spaces are shaped by natural light and generous ceiling heights. The main living room, framed by wide arched windows, opens onto the city skyline: a constant dialogue between a hushed interior and the moving city. The kitchen combines light oak, veined marble and organic furniture.
Rooftop
An extension of the apartment: an outdoor living room suspended above Manhattan, between dense planting and open views of the city's towers. The whole study aims to combine architectural prestige, residential comfort and an aesthetic where New York heritage meets clean contemporary writing.
